Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter company and customer request Experience and Skills: Bachelor?s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience 0 to 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Beginner experience with SQL Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization) Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines Must be a strong team player Able to find flaws in processes, and improve upon them | |
