Join our dynamic team to oversee and analyze Dispensing assets, contracts, and quotes for pre- and post-deal operations. This role ensures accurate billing, revenue recognition, and compliance while driving cross-functional customer order processing and returns coordination. In-office, Monday-Thursday | Flexible Work Hours (7:30 AM-4:00 PM negotiable) Hybrid 401-k, Health, Dental, Vision. Weekly Pay! Payrate: 28-32/hr. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, and Service teams on deal adjustments and customer order processing. - Analyze, process, and validate Term Begin Date Adjustments, Lease Buyouts, and Assignment Agreements. - Manage contract credits, cancellations, and revenue recognition. - Coordinate RMA strategies, timelines, and logistics for returns. - Support field teams with contract analysis and asset management. - Prioritize and complete tasks to meet monthly deadlines. Qualifications Required Skills - Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, QlikView, SalesForce, ERP, and CRM systems. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - BA/BS degree or 7+ years of business experience in lieu of a degree. Soft Skills - Strong communication, adaptability, and critical thinking. - Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure.
