Weekly Pay! $20.14/Hour Shift Details: 7:00AM - 3:30PM DESCRIPTION: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for supporting DC Operations from a systems perspective by maintaining item balance and transactional integrity between PeopleSoft (ERP) and K1 (WMS). Position involves reconciling item balances daily along with transactional analysis, various levels of transaction processing, shipment discrepancy investigation and resolution. Essential Functions: Cycle Counting ? all cycles must be completed prior to EOB Daily, assess and report warehouse transactions or findings within 24 hr. to Ops Manager and ICC Manager Run inventory adjustment report daily. Empty bin verifications, no less than 3 aisles per day, entire warehouse monthly Investigate, analyze, and resolve various requests involving transaction discrepancies as reported or requested by DC Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, etc. Process manufacturing returns of components and chemicals Put away verifications. Audit inbound paperwork and match K1 accuracy. Proficient use of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) Problem Solving ? Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Develops alternative solutions. | |
