We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in the medical devices industry. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge medical devices that improve patient care and enhance clinical outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, electrical engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure our devices meet stringent regulatory standards and function safely and effectively in healthcare settings. Schedule:6:00 AM to 3:30PM Payrate: $23/hr Job Responsibilities: ? Documentation Best Practices: Ensure compliance with Documentation Best Practices, maintaining accurate and thorough records. Ability to record data manually on data collection forms and input data using a computer. Keeps organized, accurate and detailed records of test performed ? Laboratory Best Practices: Adhere to Good Laboratory Best Practices and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. ? Chemical Handling: Ability to handle chemicals and cleaners while following all safety protocols and wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety e.g. lab coat, gloves, protective eyewear. Training will be provided on safe handling procedures and the use of PPE. ? Protocol/Training Understanding: Understand and follow established protocols/trainings accurately. Ability to recognize deviations from test methods/expected results. Preferred skills ? Manufacturing Best Practices: Demonstrate familiarity with Manufacturing Best Practices to ensure quality and consistency. ?
