They offer the largest inventory of reamers in the United States. What to know about this entry level Production Associate role ? Day Shift Hours: 7AM ? 3:30 PM ? Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 ? Weekly Pay Production Associate Primary Responsibilities ? Set up the tool holders and measure equipment for each batch ? Use a variety of hammers, strategically strike metal rods to bring within a predetermined tolerance range ? Determine where in the production process the parts are prior to check/straighten ? Transport all straightened parts to their next location ? Manually re-surface hammers as needed ? Routine housekeeping of work area Production Associate Job Requirements ? Ability to communicate clearly ? Lift up to 50 pounds ? Sit for 8 hours per shift ? Use of primary arm to swing hammers ? Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods ? Display good judgment ?
