Job Title: Analyst Location: New York, NY 10009 Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days remote. Pay Rate: $30.00/hr Job Description: Excel experience required Leak backlog Compare manual list to the GC list; report findings to the Work Organizer Level 4 daily surveillance Keep track of new level 4s and daily surveillance Creating the new folders for the contractors SLI-X managing who has been shut off and who has been turned on Inspections verify inspections that were completed and update the manual spreadsheet Level 3 Manually keep track of the new level 3s coming and update the spreadsheet Assist with any other reporting and day to day tasks or projects given Assist with maintaining meter consignment report. w many folks on the team, who will the contractor be working with most, any client interaction outside of Con Edison?): 4 total people from con ed regularly. Role and Skills Roles and responsibilities outside of the original JD: Responsible for conducting data and information research, performing ad-hoc tasks, and utilizing computer skills to support various projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager. Utilize computer applications and software to analyze and interpret data. Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and project progress. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Excellent research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have technical or professional skills (please include at least 5 skills, can any of these skills be flexed?): Computer Savvy Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail Accuracy with data handling Flex skills/nice to haves: Customer Service experience Punctual written and verbal communication Looking for someone who does not need to be micro-managed Soft Skills (Ex: communication, speaking, presenting, writing): Does not require much oversight, can work independently Education or certification requirements: Education Requirements: Associates Degree and/or related |
