We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in the Medical Devices industry. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that high-quality medical devices are produced in accordance with strict standards and regulations. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, monitoring the performance of equipment, and adhering to safety protocols while working in a clean and sterile environment. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that products meet all specifications and quality benchmarks, which is crucial for patient safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. **Benefits:** - Medical insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401(k) Work days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6am - 4:30pm Pay rate: $17.50/hr Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization). Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements. Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required. Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations. Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities. **Physical Demands:** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift or move items weighing at least 50 pounds.
