DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop comprehensive training curricula to support adoption of Workday globally.
Create Training Materials: Design and develop instructional materials, including, instructor led training guides and job aids, using various multimedia tools. Some eLearning design may be required.
Conduct Needs Analysis: Participate in needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Implement Learning Technologies: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other interactive tools to deliver training content effectively.
Maintain Training Materials: Ensure all training materials are up to date and aligned with current industry standards and best practices.
Manage Approvals and Translations: Coordinate the approval process for training materials and manage translations to ensure content is accessible to a global audience.
Curate Materials: Manage version control and publication of training materials in the LMS

Skills:
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Basic understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom?s Taxonomy).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning preferred) and multimedia tools (e.g., video editing software).

Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, or a related field preferred

Experience:
3+ year relevant experience required
