We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in the Medical Devices industry. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that high-quality medical devices are produced in accordance with strict standards and regulations. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, monitoring the performance of equipment, and adhering to safety protocols while working in a clean and sterile environment. Shift: This is a 12 hour rotating shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Every other weekend off.
Scheduled to work 7 days in a 14 day period (2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off.

Pay rate: $17.00/hr

The Production Molding 5S operator is responsible for material handling and housekeeping activities for an assigned set of injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with quality molded components, seeking assistance from technicians and maintenance for any issues.
Job Description
? Handling and movement of completed product to specified locations.
? Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with good manufacturing practices requirements.
? Must be able to work effectively in a team and individually with limited supervision.
? Understand and interpret controlled documents including work Instructions, procedures, and inspection forms.
? Notify CILL, and DMT?s of any equipment issues.
? Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
? Other duties as assigned.

Education:
HS Diploma/GED NOT required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? 6-12 months previous professional work experience (in a related or unrelated field) required, manufacturing experience a plus.
