Weekly Pay! 24.00 Per Hour 2nd shift Monday to Friday 3PM to 11PM DESCRIPTION: The maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Requirements: Ability to handle facility maintenance issues. Have the correct knowledge of tools and their usage. Ability to disassemble and assemble equipment. Must be certified in the operation of a pallet jack and/or forklift. Understanding of machine specific lockout/tagout procedures to confirm equipment can be serviced without the threat of unexpectedly starting back up. Required to have strong math skills. Must have a general knowledge of Hazmat policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Associates or university degree. or two to five years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills written and verbal are a must. Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions and product labels. Experience & knowledge in MS Office products Excel, Word and MS Outlook. Must be certified in the operation of a forklift pallet jack. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts along with performing basic math functions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities. | |
