Pay Rate - $55-65/hr Day Shift Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, modify, develop, and implement software programming applications, while also supporting and/or installing software applications and operating systems. They will participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex tasks, and the capacity to lead and direct others when needed. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). Support and maintain existing software applications and operating systems. Integrate and utilize Microsoft SharePoint and web services in application development. Create, consume, and manage REST APIs for data integration. Work with JSON and XML formats for data handling and processing. Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for web and Microsoft Office interactions. Collaborate with team members to plan, accomplish, and deliver on project goals. Lead or direct tasks and team members as required, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Conduct software testing, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification. Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to solve complex problems and ensure project success. Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related area. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and leveraging web services for application development. Strong understanding of REST API integration and management. Hands-on experience with JSON and XML data formats. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, particularly for web and Microsoft Office interactions. Familiarity with a variety of software development concepts, practices, and procedures. Desired Attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct the work of others. Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of creativity.
