Weekly Pay! $38.46/Hour 8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Develops financial plans such as: . Annual Operating Plan (AOP) . Three-Year Plan . Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts for Supply Chain Departments, including Global Sourcing and Transport. Assists executive management with financial analysis of: . P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory, capital, and headcount related to supply chain operations. Supports Global Sourcing by providing: . Reporting, analysis, forecasting, and master data management (e.g., standard costs, material master data, supplier master data). . Insights into performance vs. plan for ~$1B in annual purchases. Process Optimization & Financial Reporting . Identifies financial gaps and prioritizes actions to address them. . Optimizes or builds FP&A processes to connect supply chain operations with corporate financial reporting. . Manages and maintains a data warehouse of Logistics data to produce reports, analyze spend data, and perform in-depth financial analysis. . Works with Logistics Leadership to: -Develop global freight budgets. -Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly logistics budgeting and reporting process. . Evaluates and improves analytics tools within the Logistics department. . Plays a key role in global network analysis to optimize freight expense reduction opportunities. Cost & Budget Management . Consolidates direct and indirect raw material spend data from multiple ERPs, standardizes and cleans data, and reports on monthly inflation and purchase price variance (PPV). . Develops quarterly forecasts for inflation and PPV by: . Creating forecasting templates for Procurement Category Managers. . Consolidating and reviewing their results. . Leads production of the Supply Chain VP?s Quarterly Performance Management Presentation. . Assists in creating material cost standards for the yearly budgeting process. . Optimizes calculations for price, volume, mix, and foreign exchange impacts on inflation reporting. . Manages supplier rebates, including: -Requirements, supporting documentation, forecasts, actuals, budgets, and collections. Required Skills & Qualifications Soft Skills . Highly organized with the ability to efficiently organize others. . Strong accountability and ownership mindset. . Accuracy and precision in financial reporting and data presentation. . Ability to lead, influence, build consensus, and work effectively in teams. . Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, and project management skills. . Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. . Exceptional organizational skills, including: - Project planning and time management. - Managing direct and indirect reports. . Proven ability to leverage financial data to drive business performance. . Ability to balance strong data analysis with practical decision-making. . Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Education & Experience . Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field. - MBA preferred. . 5-10 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or FP&A. . 3-5 years of people management and project management experience. . Knowledge of Lean Sigma is a plus. . Experience with financial systems such as: -Microsoft Dynamics, HFM, Hyperion, Essbase (preferred). Technical Skills . Advanced Excel proficiency. . Experience with Access and other databases (preferred). Additional Information . Up to 15% travel required. |
