DESCRIPTION:

Your Role:
The individual will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical demands of the site gas or chemical equipment.
They will ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, emergency preparedness, and drive flawless execution.
Subject Matter Expert for gas, chemical or slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution.
The Technicians will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical challenges for over 2000 pieces of gas and chemical distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
They will ensure compliance when writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures and drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
The individuals will also be involved in project and sustaining operations, Basic Safety Processes, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.
They will support the installation, decommissioning, and troubleshooting.
The repair of all Client Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas and Chemical systems.
The individual must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
Must demonstrate quality and comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics, design, or engineering
10 + years of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician
Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment
Experience with gas and chemical systems in a semiconductor ultra-high purity operation as an equipment technician
Navy Nuclear power school or Military mechanic trained.
