Pay Rate: $16+/hour depending on experience Hours: will vary Duties and Responsibilities -Safely operating large, mobile crane-like device -Lifting, moving, and launching boats withing the boatyard -Ensuring proper positioning and securing of vessels while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. -Collaborate with yard personnel to efficiently move boats, manage traffic, and schedule lift operations. -Perform pre-shift inspections for any mechanical issues, proper functionality, and all safety devices are in proper working order.
