Weekly Pay! 35.00 per Hour Hybrid Role, Should be local to Toledo, OH 1st shift Monday to Friday 8a to 5p The Marketing Automation Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and manages email automation and digital touchpoints to enhance the customer journey. This role designs and optimizes marketing automation workflows, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing conversions. Key responsibilities include Email Automation and Campaign Design Develop and execute strategic marketing automation plans, create workflows, and optimize customer engagement using Microsoft Dynamics. Data and Reporting Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement. Content and Design Oversight Write and coordinate content for emails, landing pages, and other digital assets, ensuring brand consistency. Collaboration and Leadership Work with Marketing, Sales, and GIS teams to align automation efforts with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with email marketing automation and digital campaign execution. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, content development, and B2B marketing. Preferred Familiarity with XML, HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
