CNC Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Location: Naples, Florida Pay Rate: 24 to 30 dollars per hour based on experience Shift: First shift We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machines and other production equipment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay and potential relocation assistance for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: ? Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines including Mazak Mill, Mori Seiki Lathe and Mill, and Nakamura Lathes ? Install, align, and adjust machinery for optimal production performance ? Read blueprints, schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues ? Perform preventative maintenance and high-pressure tubing and hose fabrication ? Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems ? Operate and maintain arc and acetylene welding equipment ? Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hazardous material handling Ideal Candidate Qualifications: ? Five or more years of CNC machine maintenance and repair experience ? Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment ? Strong electrical troubleshooting skills ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics ? Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems ? Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and operate forklifts if required US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
