Weekly Pay! 28.57 Per Hour 8a to 430p Benefits Available and Weekly Pay Job Duties Coach employees on injury prevention, movement optimization, and wellness. Provide guidance on soft tissue management, nutrition, and fitness. Conduct job task evaluations to reduce injury risks. Offer on-site injury triage and assist with ergonomic assessments. Present educational sessions on biomechanics, health, and wellness. Develop trust with employees and management while providing program updates. Assist in designing training modules and identifying injury prevention focus areas. Requirements Bachelors degree in health, wellness, or exercise related field preferred. Proper certification licensure Athletic Trainer, Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, PTA, OTA, etc. 3 plus years of experience in industrial or clinical settings preferred. Client service experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Skills Needed: Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities. Ability to train and present wellness programs effectively. Highly organized with attention to detail and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. | |
