Company: JobsRUs.com (Hiring for our client in Naples, FL) Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM ? 11:00 PM) Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour About the Role: Join our client?s Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division, a global leader in engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems for aerospace/defense and industrial applications. We are seeking an Assembly/Test Technician to accurately and efficiently assemble and test moderately complex products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Assemble and test mechanical/hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment. ? Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, test specifications, and customer requirements. ? Perform lockwiring, subassembly, detailing, and surface painting. ? Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions as instructed. ? Maintain a Foreign Object Damage (FOD) free work area and follow all safety guidelines. ? Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives. ? Train and mentor less experienced team members. Qualifications: ? 2+ years of industry-related experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing setting. ? Strong mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting skills. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. ? Experience with flow measurement devices, oscilloscopes, transducers, and soldering (certification may be required). ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Basic computer proficiency and ability to use internal business software. ? Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Benefits: ?
