Location: Reno, Nevada Area Pay: $41/hr or $86,000/yr Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: - Medical Insurance ??? Employer Paid - Safe Harbor Contribution (3% annually) - Profit Sharing (1.5% annually) - Health & Fitness Reimbursement ($25 monthly) - Student Loan Reimbursement ($10,000 max, $200 monthly) - Relocation Assistance ($5,000 one-time) - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Extended Sick Leave - Paid Holidays Position Overview: Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated physical therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs that help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent long-term physical dysfunction. This role is based in our downtown Reno orthopedic clinic and plays a key part in our mission to provide top-tier patient care. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding with two new operating suites and adding eight new surgeons in early 2025. Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients and develop customized therapy plans to restore mobility and strength - Perform physical assessments and track patient progress using electronic medical records - Educate patients on post-treatment exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance - Use therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and manual therapy to enhance recovery - Adjust treatment plans based on progress and refer to specialists as necessary - Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and medical teams to provide comprehensive care Requirements: - Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program - Active/unrestricted Nevada Physical Therapy license Preferred Qualifications: - Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certification - At least two years of experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting | |
