Job Description: The Dish Room Attendant / Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area and dishwashing station. This role ensures all dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked, while also keeping the dining area tidy for guests. Key Responsibilities: Collect and transport used dishes, silverware, and trays to the dish room. Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, ensuring proper organization of clean and dirty items. Keep dining areas clean by bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking necessary supplies. Dispose of waste properly and follow all sanitation and hygiene regulations. Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed. Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. | |
