Weekly Pay! $24.00/Hour Shift Details: 3rd shift Day Starts at: 10:00PM Day Ends at: 6:00AM DESCRIPTION: Summary: Leads and coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive raw materials in SAP using bills of lading, invoices, and other records to determine unloading priorities, work assignments, and delivery methods required to meet production schedules. Investigate SAP system errors within the material receiving process. Coordinates incoming raw material activities from stock transfer for outside storage as needed, receipt of deliveries direct from vendors, and direct coordinator with front-line employees, Coordinators, Inventory Facilitators, and Management to lead raw material activities. Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures of HACCP, USDA, and CSSC policy. Complete vendor non-conformances, with investigation as required Assigns daily work assignments for the workgroup. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Required Skills and Education: Associate?s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school One to two years related experience or training Equivalent combination of education and experience. | |
