JobsRUs.com is hiring for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician for a large automotive parts manufacturing facility in Franklin, OH. The role of a Plant Maintenance technician is to participate in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities. The candidate must have a technical diploma and/or journey man card or 5 years minimum experience The main missions of the role are to: ? Install, repair and maintain all equipment ? Maintain Facilities equipment as required ? Analyze mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections to maintain maximum production and quality ? Propose and implement continuous productivity and quality improvement actions for all facilities and processes for efficiency ? Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance / completion of PM?s ? Continuously improving knowledge base ? Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policy ? Adheres to all work rules and procedures ? Adheres to the Code of Ethics ? Adheres to the Code of Management Skills/Qualifications: ? Technical diploma and/or journey man card or 5 years minimum experience ? Adjustment of robot programs as required / Training provided ? Perform tasks of substantial variety/complexity ? Strong Electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skill set ? Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting required ? Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety and Environmental systems ? Strong technical problem solving skills ? Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills ? Satisfactory company work record, including attendance ? Successful completion of Faurecia?s in-house training programs ? Ability to follow instruction verbal and written - good math, language and reading skills required ? Good communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate with employees of all levels ? Forklift/Scissor/Boom certification ? successful completion of Franklin certification trainings ?
