Weekly Pay! $100.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day Starts at: 8:00AM Day Ends at: 5:00PM DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management and support of Windows Client Technologies. Deploy software and manage client devices using SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Participate in the transition and upgrade to Windows 11. Manage and resolve tickets escalated to the client team promptly. Basic Qualifications: Highschool diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 or 11. Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Skilled in PowerShell Scripting. Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies. Experience with Patch My PC. Competence in managing iOS and Android devices. Required Skills: Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Strong leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of IT standards and controls. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a related field. | |
