We are currently hiring for multiple Machine Operator's in Sparks, MD. Mon-Thurs 6am to 4.30pm, $18/hr Mon-Thurs 10pm to 6am, $18.55/hr (will train on 2nd shift 3pm to 1.30am) **Must have reliable transportation as no public transportation goes to the location** Minimum Qualifications: o High school degree or GED required o 1-2 years experience with raw materials (this is not a warehouse role) Responsibilities and Duties o One to two years' experience. o Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. o Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. o Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. o Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations. o Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. o Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. o Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
