Weekly Pay! $17.50/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day starts at: 6:00AM Day Ends at: 2:30PM DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center. Job Responsibilities: Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS. Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping or receiving documents. Ensure every effort is made to load or off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage. Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations. Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to obtain a forklift certification. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner. Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. General distribution knowledge. Proficient in the use of a PC. Strong initiative and drive for results. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, preferred. 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED. Experience with multiple types of MHE- Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker, preferred. BD04123JD | |
