Immediate Temporary Opening- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $18-20.00/hour depending on experience. We are seeking a self-motivated Office Assistant to support an affordable housing apartment community. Under direction of the Senior Community Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in all operations of the leasing office. Office Assistant Duties: - Minimum 2+ years? prior administrative, office clerical experience. - Prior housing apartment management/leasing experience a plus. - Knowledge/experience with Low-Income Tax Credit compliance and RD helpful or willing to learn. - Minimum HS diploma/GED required - Willingness to learn housing software/housing industry compliance software program(s). - Experience with budgeting and financial management (payables, receivables) needed. - Desire to work for a company that continues to grow, offers personal growth and promotion from within, and the opportunity to build ?a Home for possibilities? for yourself and our residents.
