Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour Position Duration: 6 months+ 1st shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Own transportation is required. - Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. - This position may require occasional travel between sites, though we aim to minimize travel within the same day. - Applicants must have their own transportation. Driver???s License: Required Job Summary: This entry-level QA Inspector I role involves the visual inspection of bottled products, components, and kits in a biotech/pharma environment. Responsibilities include ensuring correct labeling, volume, and batch information, verifying packaging batch records, and ensuring products meet specifications prior to release. Key Responsibilities: - Perform visual inspections of bottled products and kits. - Enter data into SAP and review batch records for product release. - Verify raw material supplier documentation and release to inventory. - Assist with QA retention samples and maintain inventory. - Monitor temperature of QA Freezers. - Ensure line clearance for production. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS degree or college-level science courses preferred. - 0-3 years of QA inspection experience, ideally in biotech or pharma, or relevant manufacturing experience. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email required; SAP knowledge is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent communication skills. - Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in various temperature environments. - Must be able to travel locally for inspections at different sites (within 6 miles).
