Job Description

Account Maintenance DSO responsibilities:
? Responsible for handling all direct and indirect account matching to create one customer within the account master of CIM360/Saleforce.com
? Responsible for handling Customer Change Requests and New Customer setup within each ERP and CIM360.
? Perform account setups from a providing listing of customers data
? Analyze and enrich master data elements of existing customer accounts to ensure accurate updates, and non-duplication.
? Manages data governance and ensures data integrity between 12+ systems
? Research addresses from returned mailings & requests
? Maintain a working relationship with Divisional and
Corporate associates who work with customer systems
? Perform special tasks and assignments as required
? Learn and maintain a general knowledge of the product lines.
? Provide input on changes needed to better support the overall data quality process.
? Participate in team project work in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
? Work with a variety of information systems (CIM360, Salesforce.com, OBIEE, AX, MoveX, AS400, SAP, Zuora, etc.) in order to support the Account Maintenance data.
? Perform special tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education and Experience
? High school or high school equivalency diploma.
? At least 1 year related experience

Required Skills
? Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and MS Word.
? Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, and order entry such as Infor Smart Office or AX.
? Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations.
? Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
? Good organizational skills.
? Capable of working independently
