PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING Shift:1st shift Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm Pay Rate: $16/hour OT on Fridays Benefits: 401K Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay every Friday 30 and 60 day attendance bonuses Position Summary: This position is not a warehouse position. You are operating a machine that produces medical devices and parts. Qualified candidates will have previous CNC experience, will have manufacturing experience, and will have experience meeting and exceeding hourly production goals while documenting the numbers. Performs machine operation under minimal supervision including, basic inspecting while working safely and efficiently while using standard operating procedures. Applies basic knowledge and techniques to complete routine task and process requirements. Must be able to use basic measuring equipment and tools. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 13485 and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and other regulations. Essential / Key Job Responsibilities: Site machine operators are classified as CNC Grinders, Molding Machines, Multivac sealing machines, Cutoff machines, Laser welder and ECG machines. Performs duties by following released procedures, and machine programs and parameters. Requirements: Drug Test Required Steel Toe Shoes required Must be able to read English proficiently, write legibly, follow simple diagrams/drawings, follow manufacturing and inspection procedures, and complete documentation, records, and logs. Must be able to perform, changeovers, and set up. Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time. Must be able to use measuring tools and Test equipment Must be able to use a computer Education and/or Experience: 1- 3 years machine operation experience Looking for skilled CNC machine operators who know how to run a machine, use computers, Work Environment: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required including but not limited to lab coats, hair / beard covers, shoe covers, gloves, ear protection, safety shoes, eye protection and specialized cleanroom suits and head coverings as required.
