Direct Hire (RPO) Pay Range: $29.00 - $32.00/hr (final pay rate based on experience) Shift Options (Please indicate preference when applying): ? 1st Shift: 7:00am ? 3:30pm ? 2nd Shift: 3:30pm ? 12:00am ? Swing Shift: 11:00am ? 8:00pm About the Role: We are seeking experienced Senior TIG Welders with an eye for detail and an ?artistic? approach to weld quality. If you've worked with custom automotive or motorcycle intake manifolds or similar precision projects, you?ll feel right at home. You?ll be working with stainless steel and aluminum (30,000 - 60,000 series), including 347 stainless and 4043 aluminum, requiring exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. What We?re Looking For: ? Extensive TIG welding experience (both stainless steel and aluminum) ? Must be proficient in hand-fed wire TIG welding ? Ability to produce exceptionally clean, artistic welds ? Candidates from automotive, custom fabrication, or motorcycle industries highly preferred ? Tech school or formal welding training strongly desired ? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and quality requirements ? Strong focus on quality, safety, and lean manufacturing principles Weld Test Requirement: Candidates must be prepared to complete the following on-site weld test and bring their own helmet: ? 1G Stainless test ? 40,000 series ? 1G Aluminum test ? 40,000 series ? 2F Fillet test ? 40,000 series Job Responsibilities: ? Perform complex manual TIG welds on a variety of stainless steel and aluminum alloys ? Follow and interpret process drawings and specifications with strict attention to detail ? Adjust setups within procedural limits to ensure quality conformance ? Assist with setup, maintenance, and training of other welders as needed ? Document parts and maintain accurate records ? Consistently meet quality standards with minimal rework or defects ? Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing processes ? Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Physical Requirements: ? Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds ? Ability to work in environments with moving parts, extreme heat, fumes, and moderate noise Education Required: ?
