About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist (Contract) to support a Statement of Work (SOW) project. This position requires expertise in manufacturing, supply chain operations, and regulated industries. The successful candidate will manage material-related challenges, drive on-time customer deliveries, and serve as a critical communication link between stakeholders.

Location: Naples, FL ? ONSITE only (No remote work)
Work Schedule: 1st shift
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizen only
Contact/Temporary role 6 plus months.

Key Responsibilities:

? Technical Expertise:
? Apply deep knowledge of manufacturing and regulated supply chains to drive decisions and problem-solving.
? Reporting & Planning:
? Create Line of Business (LOB) reports, Waterfall Charts, and Recovery Plans.
? Utilize reporting and performance management tools to track progress.
? Communication:
? Communicate recovery and delivery schedules to customers and internal teams.
? Provide key updates and action plans for purchased parts to Parker customers.
? Problem Resolution:
? Lead the resolution of complex material-related issues and delays.
? Function as the primary contact for all late and past-due product issues.
? Ownership & Risk Management:
? Take full ownership of purchased parts, ensuring on-time delivery.
? Identify and mitigate risks within the value stream.
? Stakeholder Engagement:
? Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, quality, and supplier development teams.
? Conduct supplier site visits to assess production, performance, and delivery capabilities.
? Supplier Performance Monitoring:
? Evaluate supplier performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
? Address shipment quality issues and facilitate resolutions.
? Data Analysis & Reporting:
? Prepare detailed reports and analyses to inform business decisions.


Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree (required)
? 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments
? Strong problem-solving and communication skills
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
