We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Rep-Admin who can work from 8a-5p in office at our client in Pendergrass, GA. $18.50/Hour 1 Year+ Assignment Weekly Pay and Benefits Available! The Administrative Support Representative is responsible for working with the supervisor on all issues to ensure all are documented, resolved, and all action plans and resolutions are communicated Key Deliverables: Monitor and provide communication to Driver?s on routes and ensure freight is being delivered on-time and error-free Run necessary reports and daily metric tracking Distribute outbound/inbound and documents corresponding number and details Provides administrative support wherever needed throughout dock operations Receives, sorts, and provides paperwork to drivers Provides customer service to carrier partners, customers, and drivers at all times Other duties as assigned Competencies: Two (2) years? administrative and/or customer service experience Dispatching experience or logistics/transportation experience is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to communicate with customers and transportation companies with great professionalism Excellent written and verbal communication skills Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position; specific hours vary based on the location, typically Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Background and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Proven success as a dock/warehouse team member. Work Environment: This job operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment with unforgiving surfaces as well as hot and cold climates, with a variety of noises and odors. Objective: Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Rep is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners and drivers? questions and concerns, assisting the team with administrative duties. Key Deliverables: 1. Has a positive attitude and provides courteous, friendly service to all internal team member and external customers, by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests. 2. Be the front line of support for all customers, carrier providers and drivers, handling all inquiries to ensure we exceed expectations. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer, carrier provider and driver interactions, process accounts as needed. 4. Provides administrative support for entire team and carrier providers to ensure efficient dock operations. 5. Provide support to drivers and delivery locations to ensure on time deliveries. 6. Accurately receives, sorts, and provides appropriate paperwork to drivers in a timely manner. 7. Handle customer, carrier provider and driver complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within approved time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions. 8. Maintain general office files, including job files, carrier provider and driver files related to Delivery Systems dock operations. 9. Protects company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Including, but not limited to, candidates, team members and proprietary company information. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copier and phone. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing and sit for long periods of time. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full - time position, hours of work are typically Monday through Friday between 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. 35 - 40 hours per week, with an occasional weekend as requested from immediate supervisor. Travel: This position requires no travel. Required Education and Experience: 1. High school diploma or equivalent experience. 2. Proven success as a dispatch /administrative and/or customer service. 3. Logistics and/or transportation experience is a plus.
