JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Associate Scientist for our client in Richmond, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $30-40/hr 1st Shift: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Job Description · Prepare liquid, solid, and other required formulations, and prototypes according to instructions. · Prepare analytical samples and operate analytical instruments according to SOPs and instructions with minimal supervision. · Independently conduct material characterization and prototype testing, according to SOPs and instructions. · Handle pure nicotine according to SOP; prepare nicotine solution according to instructions. · Working on different material processing, following instructions as per SOP. · Assist Principal Scientists with prototyping and 3D printed. · Assist in the installation and routine maintenance of instruments, apparatus, and equipment. · Upon request, independently conduct literature survey, create design of experiments, execute according to the plan, and summarize results. · Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to conduct chemistry, ingredient handling, material processing, and testing experiments. Required Education and Experience · Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific degree required · 0-3 Years of experience | |
