Temp-to-Perm in Just 45 Days Weekly Pay & Full Benefits: 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision Career Growth & Forklift Certification Opportunities Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 8 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: $19/hr (Base $17.50 + $1.50 Shift Differential) What You'll Do: Operate Cherry Picker & Reach Truck Load/unload shipments & manage inventory movement Maintain a safe & organized work environment Job Requirements High School diploma, GED or 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience with MHE. Including but not limited to Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker. Must be able to obtain Forklift Certification to meet client guidelines. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work under minimal supervision. May be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner. Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must be able to perform the position's essential functions, with or without accommodation. Physical Demands This role requires regular walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs in some areas). Frequent hand and finger use, including repetitive motions, may be needed.
