CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for multiple Maintenance Technicians in the Rochester, NY. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Rotational on call basis $17 - $20 DOE Property Maintenance Technician must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and boiler repair; HVAC experience preferred. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and entry/sidewalk snow removal/salting. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Strong customer service skills required to work closely with the residents, team members, contractors. Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotational basis with team members. Requirements: ? 1-2+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, cleaning and general maintenance repair skills; some HVAC helpful. ? Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills needed. ? Minimum HS/GED required. ? Able to work occasional Overtime when needed/scheduled, including on-call emergencies on a scheduled rotation basis. ? Will be expected to work indoors and outdoors to maintain grounds in all kinds of weather and the buildings.
