Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day starts at: 10:00AM Day Ends at: 6:30PM DESCRIPTION: Job Purpose and Summary: Responsible for maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Responsible for scheduling routes and dispatching delivery employees on a daily and on-call basis. Supports delivery and pick-up of patient medications, supplies, and equipment. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company?s policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory. Coordinates time schedules and distributing routes evenly, with pharmacy, nursing, and patient. Assigns additional routes as patient and referral requests are received. Backs up purchasing representative, dispatch coordination, and asset tracking. Performs general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and Joint Commission requirements. Gathers supplies or equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment or delivery. Coordinates equipment tracking procedures. Assists with inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping. Documents supplies on Patient Delivery Record. Maintains delivery log of activities per policy and procedure. Retrieves and returns supplies and equipment, upon discharge from patient service. Cleans and processes returned equipment and supplies in accordance with polices and procedures. Participates in performance improvement activities as directed. Assists in training and orientation of new employees. Assists less experienced warehouse reps. Receives all incoming shipments and disseminates to appropriate person. Audits and monitors delivery productivity levels as developed by management staff. Handles all incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains communication with delivery employees regarding equipment orders and patient problems. Transports and delivers medication supplies and equipment to patients in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of such items. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Other License: Valid driver?s license (required) Prior Relevant Work Experience: 1 to 3 years (required) Essential Qualifications and Functions: The minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) which are absolutely required to successfully perform the job. Be sure to include any required physical attributes of the job. Ensure language regarding regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of each job. Essential requirements should also include ?any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager? e.g. travel requirements, etc. Skill In: Service orientation and customer service attitude Ability To: Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds with occasional up to 100 pounds (with assistance). most of our packages are about 20 -50 pounds and that is not assisted. Anything over that is assisted. Preferred Qualifications: HRBPs and leaders can use preferred qualifications to further screen candidates in the recruitment process Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) |
