Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day starts at: 7:00AM Day Ends at: 3:30AM DESCRIPTION: This role involves handling hazardous materials, export, packaging electronic components, ESD handling, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Validate accuracy of receipt of items for shipping. Prepare items for shipping and create/assemble packaging per instructions. Process shipping paperwork for carriers and customers using SAP/Process Weaver. Support loading shipments into trucks. Admin work for shipping/receiving reports, filing, and distribution. Handle shipments for export or Hazmat. Support inter-departmental and inter-facility transport of materials. Unload trucks and record receipts in SAP. Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes. Secondary Functions: Stockroom Support: Cycle Counts: Validate bin location accuracy, count materials, document quantities, and repackage items. Stockroom Receiving: Validate receipt accuracy, prepare items for storage, process items using SAP, and ensure proper labeling. Kitting: Assist with pulling materials, validate data against labels, repackage materials, and return residual materials to proper locations. Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 2-4 years of experience in related fields. Familiarity with international import/export, Dangerous Goods (HAZMAT) paperwork, SAP/Process Weaver, and Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks. Operation of powered industrial pallet jack and forklift may be required. Steel toes and safety glasses may be required.
