We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client?s team in the vibrant City of Cerritos! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service/Router, you'll perform a variety of essential tasks, including managing documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all information is complete and accurate. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Offer precise and helpful information about products and services to assist customers effectively. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions through accurate data entry. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service delivery and streamline processes. Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations. Strengthen relationships with third-party logistics providers to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and schedule pick-ups and deliveries efficiently. Manage and direct delivery routes, customer accounts, and service calls. Desired Skills: Proficient in English (bilingual skills are a plus!). Strong computer skills and experience with office software and data entry systems. Exceptional client service abilities, with the capability to build rapport and trust. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in outbound calling is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Qualifications: Warehouse routing experiences using a TMS portal for the below accounts: Burlington routing. TJX Routing. ROSS routing.
