Coordinating all outbound loads with carriers and internal customer o BOL creation o Scheduling carrier pickups ? Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team ? Ensure all Trade and Compliance requirements are satisfied (CTPAT, Dangerous Good Shipping...etc) ? Respond to Complaint Requests via BFO ? Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements ? Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. ? Participate in daily SIMs, updating the team on delivery and/or quality issues ? Contribute to productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery, and cost reduction objectives. *Ensure that all appropriate documentation is created, delivered, and saved per requirements. Communicating with the operations team to ensure shipments are picked and shipped according to prioritization. Experience in customer service ? Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements ? Knowledge of Microsoft office suite ? Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software Oracle & Trax. ? Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities ? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organization skills ? Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously | |
