We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our 1st shift warehouse operations in Cerritos, CA. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, and be flexible to move to the 2nd shift during peak season. Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities during the 1st shift. * Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. * Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. * Maintain accurate inventory records. * Communicate effectively with team members and management. Requirements: * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment. * Ability to work flexible hours, including the 2nd shift during peak season. **Pay Rate:** $19/hour We are also hiring a certified Turret Forklift Driver for the 1st shift. The successful candidate must be certified to operate a turret forklift and will be required to complete a test drive prior to starting. Responsibilities: * Operate the turret forklift safely and efficiently. * Move materials within the warehouse. * Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods. * Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
