$18.21/Hour We are seeking to hire a Pharmacy Tech for our client in Troy, MI! Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Weekly Pay and Benefits Available * At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. * State license pharmacy technician certification REQUIRED. 9:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday (can be a little flexible; shifts are 8 hours a day between the hours of 730 am to 600 pm EST) Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, selects, prepares, and packages medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. Performs record keeping functions. Assists in various inventory control processes. Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8-10 hours). Two 15 min breaks and 30 min break for lunch. As a pharmacy technician, you should possess high levels of reliability, professionalism, customer focus, problem solving, and team orientation must be exhibited to ensure success in this position Must be able to repeatedly lift 5-10 lbs. for duration of shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30-50 lbs. during a shift. Reaching and grasping objects at various levels is required (step stools/objects to assist provided around the site). While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to utilize a keyboard. Employee regularly works near and around moving machinery (manual belt to move packages). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be required to wear protective clothing or equipment. | |
