Pay Rate - $50-60/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Job Description ?Must Have? skills and experiences: ? Strong communication skills are essential to success. ? This role will require daily communication with external Customer/Contractors and supply vendors. Internal collaboration is also required with our PowerGen sales managers, purchasers, application engineers, etc. ? Conflict resolution skills - we are looking for individuals who can actively listen and objectively provide feedback/guidance to our customers in times of conflict. ? Customer Focused - foundational to develop customer loyalty and trust. We strive to put our customers first in all we do, working to enhance customer satisfaction, resolving issues with a sense of urgency and building strong customer relationships. ? Adapts to target audience - Understand the background and needs of your audience to tailor your communication effectively. Break down complex information into understandable chunks, using analogies or visuals if necessary. Familiarity with software such as: ? Salesforce ? BMS ? QuickServe ? Microsoft Office Suite ? CAD (CREO/Auto-Cad) ? Prior Project Management experience is highly desired. ? Once fully established in the role, the project manager would be expected to cover somewhere between 80-100 projects, which would be in various stages of their lifecycle. Roughly 30-40 of these projects would need attention every week. ? Organizational/documentation skills will be critical for this role. There are many projects, with many moving pieces to each one. The items below are some expectations/concerns. ? Maintaining a list of project open actions/status ? Keeping project files organized ? Accurately documenting project history Solutions minded - Looking for individuals who demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions to problems, externally and internally. It's also about striving to consistently create positive experiences/solutions for our customers to develop long-term rapport and loyalty. Self Motivated - This role is accountable for a specific area of responsibility and a book of business. It's critical a candidate have experience(s) where they can demonstrate self-discipline including customer call prioritizing, scheduling and route optimization. Project Issue and Risk Management - Regularly assess the project environment to identify potential issues and risks early. Use tools like risk matrices to prioritize issues based on their impact and likelihood. Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks and address issues promptly. Prior experience within the generator and/or switchgear industry is highly desired. The role will require management of the design approval, ordering, and commissioning processes for generators, transfer switches, and switchgears. Experience with this equipment will be critical or must be able to be learned in Required Education and Experience College, university, or equivalent degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required, but 5+ preferred. |
