Monday-Friday 8AM-4pm Pay Rate: $20/hr Temporary Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and logistical support for high-profile? events. * Assist with event planning tasks. * Coordinate communications, schedules, and materials for key stakeholders and guests. * Support travel and hospitality arrangements?. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for event logistics. * Perform general office duties and assist with other event-related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience in event coordination or administrative support. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. * Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using Google Suite and standard office tools.
