Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a dynamic office environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator/Scheduler to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will be essential in helping us maintain a welcoming and productive atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM
(schedule may shift to Tuesday?Saturday)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (for the first 90 days)
Must be able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities
Manage and schedule appointments for team members

Organize and maintain office filing system both physically and digitally

Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Prepare and distribute internal communications and meeting agendas

Requirements:
Must have prior office experience
Proven experience as an scheduler or similar role
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Bilingual (Spanish required)
