We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician in Palmyra, NY. Monday to Friday 24-30 hours weekly, during business hours Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr depending on experience Maintenance Technician's primary responsibilities are to remove snow after a snowfall from a driveway, parking lot, sidewalk, or pathways. Assist with any other grounds maintenance. Assist with indoor and outdoor maintenance. Candidate with additional maintenance experience in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and cleaning preferred. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Strong customer service skills are required and experience working with seniors is a plus. Job Requirements: - Maintenance experience - High School Diploma or equivalent - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Job duties include but are not limited to: ? 2+ years prior maintenance skills ? routine cleaning, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train. ? Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful. ? Willingness to work in all types of temperatures indoors/outdoors for extended periods of time.
