CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for multiple Maintenance Technicians in the Rochester, NY. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm Rotational on call basis $17 - $20 DOE Property Maintenance Technician must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and boiler repair; HVAC experience preferred. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and entry/sidewalk snow removal/salting. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Strong customer service skills required to work closely with the residents, team members, contractors. Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotational basis with team members. Requirements: ? 1-2+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, cleaning and general maintenance repair skills; some HVAC helpful. ? Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills needed. ? Minimum HS/GED required. ? Able to work occasional Overtime when needed/scheduled, including on-call emergencies on a scheduled rotation basis. ? Will be expected to work indoors and outdoors to maintain grounds in all kinds of weather and the buildings.
