Pay Rate - $40-60/hr Must travel to Richmond, VA 2-3 times per month Job Description ? Liaison to the MSP HR Operations and Application Management Support teams; operates AMS governance, handles issues and escalations to include tracking SLAs and performance metrics for all HRIS-related services, creates user stories and tracks backlog, and implements continuous improvement. ? Partner with groups across HR and the enterprise to understand current pain points and explore opportunities to remediate via HR Operations process improvement and HR Technology (SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform, ServiceNow, Hyland OnBase, etc.), build the business case and partner with stakeholders to implement ? Monitor current HR Systems and tools ? ensure upgrades and releases are done timely and systems are being used as intended / to their full capability Product owner for SuccessFactors and other HR Operations systems, responsible for overseeing ongoing implementation (to include break/fix), customization, and enhancements to meet the needs of the organization in partnership with ALCS Enterprise Technology and IBM AMS teams. Process owner for HR Operations, accountable for optimizing work using technology, automation, and/or outsourcing. Product and process owner for HR Technology and HR Operations processes demonstrated through understanding of current HR processes, systems and tools and the deliverables that are produced using these tools; Also gain an understanding of manual work being performed today that could potentially be outsourced and/or automated Liaison to the MSP HR Operations and Application Management Support teams; leads AMS governance, manages escalations to include overseeing SLA tracking and performance metrics for all HRIS-related services, and assesses and leads implementation of continuous improvement. Partner with groups across HR and the enterprise to understand current pain points and explore opportunities to remediate via HR Operations process improvement and HR Technology (SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform, ServiceNow, Hyland, etc.), build the business case and partner with stakeholders to implement Serve as business project manager and/or team member to represent H2R in technology programs across the organization. Perform external research and benchmarking to understand what a ?best in class? suite of HR processes, systems and tools looks like; build and present the business case to implement changes. Monitor current HR Systems and tools ? ensure upgrades and releases are done timely and systems are being used as intended / to their full capability Partners with H2R leadership and ALCS Enterprise Technology department to develop strategies for vendor integration with internal systems and processes, provide key inputs to the technology roadmap, and analyze implications to HR&C and H2R Partner with ALCS Data Governance team to obtain an understanding of what data exists and where it sits in order to determine data that may be useful to H2R and HR&C Document and maintain H2R policies and procedures and SOPs for HRIS and operational processes. Required Experience **5 or more years of experience required; can be flexible on the years of experience if skills are adequately demonstrated in work experience ** **5+ Work experience with SuccessFactors - Employee Central and Platform (to include Roles Based Permissions) preferably global ? Required** Preferred Experience **3+ Work experience with ServiceNow HRSD ? Preferred** **3+ Work experience in Global Business Services organization ?
