JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner for our client! Benefits Available! Remote Position! Pay Rate - $65-75/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No time zone requirement, but must be available during core hours of 10am-2pm PST Job Description Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. Uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers. Consults with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs. Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Day to day HR functions to include annual cycles, midyear promos, performance management coaching leadership, assisting with organizational analysis. Required Education Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Required Experience 5+ years prior HRBP experience within a tech or engineering firm. Previous experience supporting a minimum of 300s FTEs (volume is preferred over size) Experience with Google Sheets, Excel and an HRIS system (preferably Workday) Soft Skills High judgement skills Organized and process driven Ability to prioritize Dealing with ambiguity Resourcefulness Drive Inquisitive Analytical ability | |
