JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for our client! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Remote Position! Pay Rate - $45-55/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Can live and work in any time zone Job Description Day-to-Day responsibilities: Writing copies, creating external sales collateral, building strategic go-to marketing plans, etc. Will work closely with sales to manage feedback, intel, field requests, etc. Must be able to self-project management. Will deal with internal personality management with multi-stake holders across the board. ? Qualifications: ? Prior experience with a medium to large size firm ? 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing ? 2+ Sales Enablement experience or highly related revenue-driving experience ? Must be skilled working in the G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google slides) ? Bonus: experience with Highspot, Outreach/Salesloft, Salesforce ? Experience working with a sales team ? Experience writing compelling marketing copies ? Project Management ? Salesloft, Outreach, Salesforce and/or Highspot are all pluses but not required, as well as a BS in marketing preferred (not required either). Scope of delivery: ? Responsible for the end-to-end creation of best-in-class enablement content and collateral. ? Will craft value messaging based on data and insights and incorporate into consumable assets for Sales. ? Build sales Go-To-Market plans in alignment with 'right message, right time' strategy for our frontline sales teams. ? Will be cross-functional liaison between the frontline and other marketing teams including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social and more. ? Conduct audience research to build sales mapping to inform improvements to repository of marketing materials in support of sales. You are: ? A master communicator, adept at building relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration ? Exceptional project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and attention to detail ? Proficient in creating content from scratch, analyzing performance, and taking proactive steps for improvement ? Skilled at storytelling, writing compelling copy and integrating it into final deliverables, including visually appealing pitch decks and other collateral ? An organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ? Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at thinking out-of-the-box, and navigating through ambiguity to drive success. |
