Description:

The Training Lead is responsible for creating, deploying, and cataloging training curriculums and materials to ensure all employees are proficient in updated manufacturing and warehousing standards.
This role is crucial in maintaining the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement by providing comprehensive and accessible training resources.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training curriculums and materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and video content, to ensure all employees are well-versed in updated standards.
Deploy Training Programs: Facilitate the deployment of training programs, ensuring effective delivery and understanding across all departments.
Catalog Content: Organize and catalog training materials in a systematic and efficient manner, making them easily accessible for future reference.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Monitor and Evaluate: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training materials and method.

Education:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience in developing and deploying training materials.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to catalog content efficiently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in creating video content and using relevant software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

3-5 years of training related experience.
Training experience within an operations or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Having prior leadership roles within an operations environment is a plus.
Experience in developing and putting developmental programs together such as rotational programs, apprenticeships, curriculum development, etc.
Experience developing and deploying technical training
Experience using video editing software to create engaging and effective material
